3. Pre-Order Refund Terms

For pre-order items, refunds are only processed after the product has been delivered to you.
If the pre-ordered item arrives defective or not as described, please request a refund or replacement within 7 days of receiving it.

Pre-order items may take up to 2 months to deliver. Refunds for delays are available only if the delay exceeds this period without an update from us.

4. Refund Process

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was defective or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
